Karla Quintana, the National Commissioner for the Search of Missing Persons in Mexico, stated to CNN that the number of missing persons in the country exceeds 88,700.Quintana also explained the assistance that the U.S. government will provide to Mexico and other parts of Latin America to address the issues of missing persons and body identification.
